How to Log a Ticket
- Click on Submit a Request in the top right corner from PwC Client Support Center portal
In the field labelled Please choose the application you need help with, select All Other Applications from the dropdown menu.
Provide your email address.
Please ensure it is correct, as you will receive all updates at this address.- For Application Name, choose Independence Data Request.
Select the most appropriate option from the Issue Type dropdown.
In the Description section, clearly explain your request or the issue you are experiencing. You may include screenshots to help illustrate your issue.
Use the Attachments section to upload any relevant files or screenshots.
Click Submit to log your ticket.
What Happens Next
You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference number.
All further communication and updates regarding your request will be sent to the email address you provided.
