Start Here - Pre-migration steps
As part of our firm transition to Microsoft Entra as our new authentication platform, your login experience will be changing in the coming weeks. Once the transition to Entra has been completed, your previously used login method and password will no longer be required.
Ahead of logging in please take these initial steps:
- Ensure you are using a supported browser - latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Ensure you have accepted your Entra ID invitation by visiting this link to retrieve it. If you have not previously accepted, you will be prompted to enter your email followed by a validation code and then accept.
- Visit sightline.pwc.com and login using your credentials
If you see your familiar login screen, your account transition to Entra has not yet been complete, you should continue to use your usual PwC login credentials.
Once the transition to Entra has been completed, you will be prompted to sign in using your local authentication method (e.g., your local organization’s credentials) or a one-time passcode, depending on your setup (login scenarios found here).
